Are Happee Notes Co. products physical items?

No. Happee Notes Co. collections are digital products. No physical item is shipped.

How do I receive my files?

Your files are made available digitally after purchase. Review the delivery information provided at checkout and with your order for access instructions.

What file types may be included?

File types vary by project and may include PNG Print Then Cut files, SVG true cut-only files, PDF guides and support files, and JPG previews where applicable. The product page lists what is included with each collection.

Are the files designed for Cricut?

Yes. Happee Notes Co. collections are designed around Cricut workflows using current approved file types such as PNG Print Then Cut and SVG true cut-only files.

Will the files work with every Cricut machine, printer, or material?

Customers should confirm compatibility with their current Cricut Design Space version, printer, Cricut machine, materials, and settings. Materials and machine behavior can vary, so universal print or cut settings are not promised.

What is the difference between Personal Use and Commercial Use?

Personal Use is for projects made for yourself, family, friends, classrooms, and gifts. Finished-product sales are not permitted. Files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, used for print-on-demand, or transferred to another person.

Commercial Use is intended for small handmade sellers and allows qualifying finished physical products to be sold within the limits of the applicable license. For the School Days & Teacher Gifts Collection, the Commercial Use license allows up to 250 finished physical products per individual design. Digital resale, file sharing or redistribution, editable-file resale, print-on-demand, third-party mass manufacturing, and license transfer are not permitted.

Can I sell the digital files or share them with someone else?

No. Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, transferred, or offered as editable files. Commercial Use applies to qualifying finished physical products only, subject to the full license terms.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available after delivery except where required by law or platform policy.

What if a delivered file is defective?

If a delivered file appears defective, replacement-file support is available. Please contact Happee Notes Co. with the product name, the file involved, and a brief description of the problem.

Are full tutorials included?

No full tutorial is included or promised as part of the product. Product Demo Content may be available as supporting marketing or use guidance where applicable.
